DataExposed is a free privacy hub: twelve interactive tools, a searchable directory of publicly known data breaches, a glossary of what each type of leaked data means, and step-by-step guides for fixing your exposure.
Breach information comes from the Have I Been Pwned public breach catalog under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, with extra metadata from XposedOrNot. Password leak checks use the Pwned Passwords range service, which never receives your password. Passphrase wordlists come from the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Domain checks read public DNS records.
Everything on this site is free. The site earns money through clearly labelled affiliate links to paid protection services. Those commissions never change what a tool reports or what a guide recommends, and every tool page tells you what it cannot do as well as what it can.
Breach data sourced from Have I Been Pwned, used under CC BY 4.0. Additional breach metadata provided by XposedOrNot. DataExposed is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.
